Recommendations for Relaxation/Fall asleep music ?

Aside from the many thoughtful music recommendations, avoid screens, full spectrum light before bedtime.

More specifically blue light.

Another nod for Low.  And as strange as it seems, when I battle insomnia I find I can sleep listening to Godspeed You! Black Emperor on IEM's.  The albums I typically use are "Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven" and "Allelujah! Don't Bend! Ascend".  

There's something about the chaos of GY!BE's compositions that calm my brain activity.  Give it a try.

Many of Bill Frisell's albums are laid back and relaxing. Try Blues Dream, Good Dog Happy Man and Have a Little Faith among others.

I play an Elton John mix CD. The first song is Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding. Generally I am asleep by the 4th or 5th song. I also think the lyrics along with Elton. Keeps all the other random thoughts at bay. Sort of like counting sheep.
