Bookshelf speaker rec

There are some Fyne Audio bookshelves in this price range. I haven’t heard them in person, but on paper they look pretty outstanding in my opinion.

Fyne Audio speakers are great, especially if you love mid-range. You'll probably want a sub to go with these bookshelf speakers, though.

Like many other respondents here, I'm also wondering why you would want to pursue bookshelf speakers for a room of those dimensions, assuming you want to fill that room with good sound fidelity.  Esthetic concerns?  Life partner sensibility concerns?

Anyway, I'm not terribly familiar with your core components.  As such, here is a brief list of speaker brands that might fit the bill in the 5K (or thereabouts) brand new range:  Revel + OHM + Dynaudio + Monitor Audio + B&W + Focal + Kipsch + Wharfedale + PSB + Paradigm.  For a room of those dimensions, I've always been impressed with Revel, OHM, Klipsch, Monitor Audio, Focal, PSB and Paradigm.  However, only our ears can stear you in the right direction.  Go do some critical listening in an environment(s) as similar to yours as possible.  Good Luck!

I'll second the Ref 3A de Capo speakers. very detailed sound, great with low power, decent bass for a standmount speaker.  I did add a sub which i use at low volume only after listening to some Devore O/96s :)

I had both of them shipped to Dubai. Got one for a friend too (the Super 8). He loves them. I have their amp too- I think I was the launch/pilot customer last year. Louis the owner is a great guy. The ones above are amazing speakers and also much below your budget. For $5k you could get something way better from him.

I'm a big Fritz Carbon 7 Mk. 2 SE fan and have done a review. I also like Ascend Acoustics ELX towers with RAAL ribbon tweeters. Both punch way above their weight.
