Hi, I own the 7B's. To reference, I have owned Quad ESl 63's, Open Baffle, M3 Sapphires, Dynaudio Confidence 5's. The 7B's are very enjoyable with all types of music, every room is different, but in my room I toe them in to where I just see a touch of the wood on the inside speaker panel, then move your chair towards the speakers and when you hit the right spot you will know it, dynamics, body and detail come to life. I use the Mark Levinson 532H to drive them, and they sound great with that amp. You cannot just place a speaker and be done with it; reviews don't help because their room is not your room. These are wonderful speakers and right up there with the Dynaudio Confidence 5's sound-wise and much better than many speakers made today, with the trend for tilted up upper midrange and highs, so they sound highly detailed but lose the soul and weight of the music.
