Speaker Cable Length

I purchased a new amplifier, and due to size, I'm looking to move it outside of my current speakers to the right.  I currently have Generation 6 Transparent Reference speaker cables that are 8 feet long.  To make the move I would have to go to 15 feet of Generation 6 Transparent Reference cables.  Would be interested in feedback on whether I will have any noticeable signal loss or deterioration in sound.

Someone has got it all wrong. You want short unbalanced interconnects

You should want balanced interconnects.  If you are forced into unbalanced interconnects, by all means keep them short!

Long balanced interconnects with short speaker cables, rather than the other way round, please.

I believe you should look into Iconoclast speaker cabling.  Really good science behind them.  They have been my final cables for both speaker (8-ft) and my 5.5-meter RCA interconnects from preamp to amp.
