The ml Hana cart I had a mishap and was broken it was almost brand new. I have a second Hana ml cart with about 325 hours on it still sounds good . But not as good as the retip Hana .The next step up in the line is the blue .The cost is about 2500 So for 450 dollars ,it was an a good choice. And sounds better than the original.Hope this helps

I recommend VAS with enthusiasm. good prices, quick reliable service.

I sleep better knowing Steve Leung and his son Ray are only 35 minutes away. I learned about them from this forum, so glad I did.

I had them re-build 3 cartridges, and 3 friends I met here have also had them build or re-build cartridges among other things.

I have no hesitation buying broken cartridges planning on having them rebuild them. I get Steve’s advice prior to purchase, he knows which models are often problematic to avoid.

Two results are unique combinations otherwise unobtainable.

In addition, they have solved issues for a Cayin remote control; McIntosh Amp; Fisher 500C Receiver; SME 3009 Tonearm; pair of Fisher 80AZ Mono Amps, Two Tonearm re-wires; My friend’s TT, Phono Stage and Preamp.

I had a Hana ML needing retipping, I sent it to Andy Kim (Needle Clinic), and the turnaround time and upgrade were both excellent! I have spent months listening to his upgrade and repair, and can highly recommend him for value, quality, speed, and ease of communication :)

When my Hana ML's stylus wears out, I'm going to trade it in for credit towards a new one.
