Chair

I’ve been thoroughly bitten by the couch. My listening chair that is.
I’m forced to cut my listening sessions short due to lower back pain (chronic, result of an old injury). Looking to get something that would be comfortable enough to not aggravate the nerve in my tukhes and align properly with my speakers in a sweet spot.
Eames replica in leather? Ikea Poang? Anything else? What do you use?

@kennyc You can stop your sifting.  I've already sent you a link to a fantastic chair. 🤣  I bought two of them and they are high quality and extremely comfortable.  Not sure what the Orange Man's tariffs would do but the company does ship to the US.  As for real vs copy, Hermon Miller was the original manufacturer licensed to make an "original" chair in North America.  While the Herman Miller brand still exists, the company is not the exact same entity it was in 1958 due to significant corporate evolution, including being acquired and renamed MillerKnoll in 2021. So the Cert of Authenticity is pretty pricey.  A near perfect copy with the highest quality materials, at 1/3 the cost would seem to be the only way to go.  IMHO

@bigtwin - must have missed your link before, looks very promising - thanks for the referral.

AI “best Eames copy” yielded this which also looks promising

I have a Stressless with motorized recline and built-in motorized foot rest.  And yes, it has a headrest, but I’m an audio rebel.

@kennyc  Those chairs do look nice.  Appears to be a British company.  Prices are in Pounds.  Shipping could be a problem?

I have a Lane leather club recliner in my listening room.  I have another next to it for guests.  Looking to get a chair on wheels with a pop up leg rest to use at the lake house so I can wheel it into place when listening at night.  Going mobile.
