Power cable recs for Topping D90LE DAC

@soix I believe it was well broken in as I bought it used. Maybe it wasn't used much? I found that it was worse than the Node N130, which is actually quite good.

And honestly re the Topping I didn’t look at any measurements I just watched a few YouTube videos where the reviewers (like Cheap Audio Man) were saying it was great. Well, now I know. The Denafrips is a revelation. Everything I was hoping for and more.

With Furutech cables, including TCS, the results vary based on the quality of connector. I wouldn’t bother with low end Furutech connectors as they just don’t sound that great. If you can find a used TCS with NCF plugs, it’s worth a try. Otherwise I would skip it. 
Get used to the new DAC and figure out what sound characteristics you would like to improve with the new power cord. I would be looking at power cords in a $200-$500 price range for this DAC.
I don’t own a Denafrips DAC but on my Meitner DAC I use and like Kimber PK14 Ascent. I also have the PK10 Ascent on my integrated. I find these power cords do not color the sound, the system sounds smooth, natural and dynamic with very low noise floor. 
Kimber runs these specials on eBay and they offer 30 days return for these cords. If you buy brand new directly from their website you pay more for a new cable but you get 60 days. I would try the eBay specials but make sure you buy from them.

As a former reviewer I will say 90% of YouTube reviews I see are utter garbage.  There’s often little/no depth, rigor, or context — they just listen for a bit, set up a camera and then just spew forth crap off the top of their head.  There are a precious few who I think do a good job, but the vast majority I just shake my head in disgust over their “process” and “reviews.”  
Anyway, if you end up keeping the Pontus you should strongly consider adding a DDC and run i2S as you can get a very significant performance improvement for relatively not much $.  Something like a used Denafrips Iris works well and can be had for only around $400, which is what I did.  FWIW.
