Vinshine Audio SUPPORT ISSUE!


This is for our audio community awareness!

I have a defective Kinki Studio TaiHang and would like to repair it.

I sent multiple emails to Alvin from Vinshine Audio since 12/4 but not a single response or acknowledgment.

Is anyone encounter Support Issue with Vinshine Audio? 

Any advice on how to get this matter resolved? I'm greatly appreciated.

I just heard back from Alvin. He has been on a business trip with poor reception. 
He has always been excellent with communication. Send him another email today.

Maybe use the dedicated support portal on their site (the “Support” or “Help” section usually has a ticket form, sometimes separate from email).

Emailed them last night regarding a warranty transfer.  Received an acknowledgment email this morning.  Their service still appears to be top notch.
