Ethernet switch worthwhile?

Is anyone using an audiophile ethernet switch for streaming as is it worth it? Recently was recommended using Uptone Audio EtherRegen switch to remove noise and jitter from the ethernet cable before it enters my Aurender N10 streamer. Or does the N10 also remove the same once it enters its own ethernet connection?  Also read Synergistic Research ethernet switch is very good. Thoughts?

Wll go the ifi- lan ipurifier pro for $299 and wow, very happy with results.  More analog sounding with less digital sterile sound. Better overall bass and bringing forward background vocals. Much smoother, cleaner presentation overall. We'll worth the spend. I notice zero sound degradation, only nice improvements.  Very dead silent background.  Highly recommend.

So after trying the stock ethernet cable that came with the ifi lan ipurifier pro which sounded very good, I did back to back comparisons with my Cardas Clear ethernet cable and suttle but good improvement.  The stock cable had a bit of sibilance and a bit less warmth. When listening to Adele it was more clear and smooth and no sibilance thru the  Cardas. One great track from Jackson Browne- Of Missing Persons I could really discern the girls background vocals more clearly and defined thru the Cardas. Not tremendous improvement,  but enough I like it better. Overall the ifi switch is really worth it and I like the more " analog" like sound closer to the songs when I play them on vinyl.

Thanks for all the positive replies to my post and Merry Christmas to all!

Cheers

Good outcome!  Optical isolation with conventional LAN cables is the key for touch more analog presentation. Funny how a simple change in the chain can shift the entire experience.

@Initm for even more improvement with the ipurifier pro try one of their upgraded power supplies.  The ifi i power improved things a bit more when I used it with my Aurender streamer.  Happy listening and Holidays to you too.

The "right" ethernet switch is like getting a DAC upgrade.  It can be that significant.  However, not all supposedly audiophile switches (with appropriate linear power supplies), are doing everything they should. First and foremost, lowering jitter, significantly getting rid of noise, and true isolation are easier said than done.  To learn more, take a look at some well written articles/reviews the cover one such switch (Switch X): https://positive-feedback.com/reviews/hardware-reviews/dejitter-it-switch-x/https://youtu.be/ugk9mmlzL54?si=WgCl7Oyxe06vbFIi
