Have a bug for a new (to me) integrated

Hello all. I am seeking some opinions on a new to me integrated. Currently I have a Cary SLI80HS powering my beloved Volti Razz speakers. I want to keep the Cary, it really is a great tube amp. It's just that I've never powered my Razz with SS and I am very curious. Also I enjoy rotating gear in and out of my set up, always have.

I have narrowed my pre-owned contenders a bit, I am open to other suggestions too.  Trying to stay in the $3 to $4k range. I listen mostly to metal, rock, and Jazz. Room is about 12'x12, not well treated other than a love seat and a couple other pieces of furniture.

Naim Supernait 3

Luxman

Accuphase

McIntosh.

I welcome all discussions and suggestions.

Thank you!

Well, looks like you picked one from category A and one from Category B.

I would choose Accuphase. I have found Naim to polite, Luxman to shiny sounding, and MacIntosh too lacking in details. Accuphase is very well regarded in all aspects of its sound quality.

I have had Naim, Luxman, Yamaha, and none compare to the organic 3D sound of a tube integrated.

You would be downgrading not upgrading.

Check out the Belles integrated amps! I have owned the Belles Aria and it was an outstanding SS amp!

If it were me, I would lean towards Accuphase from the choices given, but the one I would seriously consider coming from where you are with those speakers and looking for a good sonic alternative to a traditional tube amp, is Linear Tube audio.   As a SS not tube guy, I find their unique design and sound more to my liking and would likely do well with the higher efficiency Volti speakers.  Linear Tube Audio - Audiophile Tube Amps & Headphone Amps
