Do not forget to replace the power wires inside you walls.
Remember, cable is just a passive electrical circuit. By the law, every additional circuit decreases something in electrical current (works as a filter), it cannot improve any parameter of amplifier, etc..
Electric cable either does the delivery job or not.
The $250 power cables and $600 power strip that dethroned my $10k Shunyata Everest
Hello fellow audiophiles. I've been using products from QSA Lanedri who I believe offer the best price to performance ratio on the market today for their power and signal cables. You may have heard of Quantum Science Audio fuses and might even have some installed in your system. QSA Lanedri have perfected this technology/treatment and are now offering it in their power and signal products. The line of products in particular is called Veridion Discovery which is their most affordable line. I currently own 2 Veridion Discovery power strips (daisy chained), 8 power cables, 3 ethernet cables, 1 DC cable. Initially I was sent a power and ethernet cable to try and was so impressed I ordered more including the power strips. I have been comparing their power cables to much more expensive cables from Audioquest and Furutech. I've also been comparing their power strip to my Shunyata Everest power conditioner and found I prefer the Discovery power strip. Infact I'm in the process of trading in my Shunyata Everest and corresponding Sigma X power cable for either a better integrated amplifier or speakers. Once you pair up Discovery power cables with the Discovery power strip things improve dramatically. Not only does audio improve but picture quality and home cinema improves also and will challenge anything at any price. I will say the Discovery line requires a few days of continuous use or "burn in" period before proper evaluation. I compared their Ethernet cables to the likes of Audioquest Diamond and Wireworld Platinum Starlight 8 and again preferred the Discovery line. Through the Discovery products music sounds cleaner and clearer with a heightened sense of realism. This also applies to film and TV. Compared to the Shunyata Everest picture quality is now cleaner with more vibrant colours. Motion and panning shots are improved with less stutter. I will add that I have the power strips on Auva EQ CSA1 isolation footers. All of my equipment is sitting on Auva EQ footers which I found were better than the Isoacoustic Oreo footers I had previously. The Discovery products look very basic and don't scream high end but from my experience they can go toe to toe with the best at very affordable prices! They offer a 30 day money back guarantee for peace of mind. Definitely worth a look. Cheers.

@fynnegan When I pick up a drink, I'm not thinking about the formula behind it. If I choose a Coca-Cola, it's simply because I enjoy it in that moment. Not because I know exactly how it's made. I look at this topic in a similar way, in the sense that I don't need to know every technical detail before forming my own impressions. For me, whatever technology is behind it is simply an enabler. What matters on my end is the impact on my own experience. And like everyone here, I have a natural curiosity with how things work, so I completely understand and relate to the questions being asked. Others may put more weight on the technical side, or prefer full transparency before considering anything, and that's valid. Everyone has their own approach, and that's what makes the discussion worthwhile. Anas mentioned on WBF that the cables were only their first products, and that they will release the full range of components from routers, streamers, dacs, to speakers and headphones with the Veridion technology. Whether or not that actually happens, time will tell. I can only comment on what I've personally heard so far. If it can have a positive impact on my low end system and also have a positive impact on willgolf's true high end system then maybe it can on yours too. Nothing is guaranteed of course. Cheers |
Has anyone looked into the background of Anas Lanedri? This is a con, or it definitely sounds like a con. Does anyone have any idea what QSA Technology is? Another Peter Belt with more expensive products. It sounds like the only tech in QSA Tech is the power of suggestion, and honestly, it's fine. You get used to hearing claims that make no sense by companies that can't even explain basic science, and using terms like"we have a proprietary treatment" doesn't cut it. This hobby, actually this world, seems to get more and more like Ayn Rand, "Atlas Shrugged" (a not very good novel), where fewer and fewer people understand real science, basic stuff. and believe whatever someone else tells them to believe. Taking $5.00 products and charging fifty times more(aka Peter Belt)? I'd like to have/invest in an equity return like that |

@roper Sure, what matters on your end is the most important above all. Although, once you are in this field, technical knowledge only helps. Those without knowledge are easier to trick into buying stuff that works magical ways. Like speaker cable in the enclosure filled with helium (yes, it does exist). |
