I know that

I prefer anything politics related be deleted.  I stopped posting and visiting for the last several months because of all the political posts.  I am not the only one.  Even this thread has dishonesty in it by creating fake pathways to politics to validate the continual political posts.  Lots of other places to vent your frustration or share your thoughts.  Continually posting off-topic shows a lack of self-control and respect for others.  Let's keep the focus on audio.

I prefer posts not be deleted with few exceptions, like rude behavior towards others. 

I don’t mind discussion of politics on this site at all, in fact, I am fine with discussion of politics, psychology, sociology, etc. I feel that we are a community and it’s healthy to include other topics that are important. I have a problem with Lack of civility, and such posts should be deleted. I wouldn’t mind Threads that are purely about other topics, rather than mixing them in. But in any case, if you are not interested in somebody’s post, just skip over it. It’s the lack of civility that is annoying and frankly disgusting. we should be able to do better than that
