After using the WAM tool to set anti-skate to their predicted average, do you refine by ear?

What musical content do you use to help with final anti-skate?

Testpilot, there is only one coefficient of friction for any two materials, in this case vinyl vs diamond.

 It is my understanding that your statement is true when measured under a controlled set of parameters.  Coefficient of friction for two materials will differ if you change a “condition” such as surface finish, load, contact geometry etc.

Yes to surface finish (rough vs smooth). No to “load” if by that you refer to the Normal Force, which is critical but separate from coefficient of friction (mu), and I think no to contact geometry as far as that affecting mu.
