I'm sorry that you have this issue but I'm not surprised.
Shanling has had a bad reputation for quality for several decades. I was foolish enough to purchase their SACD1.3 last year. It broke almost immediately; a wave soldering issue on the transport board. Shanling had no interest in helping me resolve the issue, instead spending time on forums trying to deflect responsibility (claimed the distributor was responsible and would not send me or the distributor the part necessary even though I'm an experienced bench tech and the repair would have been easy). I started exposing all this on various online forums and when the pressure and bad PR were finally enough for them, they provided the necessary part.
Not long after that repair the remote control function failed. Not the remote itself but something internal.
Regardless of any good review a Shanling product might receive, it is likely that at some point in the near future, there will be reliability issues. Beyond the normal return policy period, like you would get buying on Amazon, you'll have an expensive doorstop.
