Eversolo A10 died - Questions

My Eversolo A10 just died on me. There is no power at all. The fuse looks good but maybe I will replace it anyways. It saids 250V. Does anyone know what amp the fuse needs to be?

Also, I bought it used. Does anyone know how I can get it serviced if it is not under warrantey with Eversolo? Any one have any experience on this? It's the Chinese new year so support is off for a few days :(

This is an example of terrible support, just replace it.    I can not understand why they would let a customer get so fired up about their brand

They definitely need a lesson in customer service.   How stupid are you as a manufacturer to have a guy posting on your targeted Instagram ads and feed and do nothing about it ?   Not to mention here and on other forums.

20 years ago I used to work in this biz, I manned the phones and user forum for PR damage control. I was also involved in Beta testing and QC   Posts like mine are NOT what you want to see on forums.

As a manufacturer it's pretty easy to give great service,  you have control of the product from inception through prototype. Beta,  production.     There is absolutely no reason they can't send a replacement,  they just don't want to.   Very stupid as it would have prevented a lot of negative posts and not cost them sales.   And they look like a good ambassador of HiFi by simply exchanging it for a Gen 2.

Very foolish lose a customer for life.

Also shame on Forte as the new distributor for reading my posts and doing NOTHING.   They are the ones who should step up.   There are literally dozens of my posts here and elsewhere that both highlighted my frustration and clearly caused people to avoid the brand .

Bottom line, if you are a manufacturer and you skirt your obligation to me for warranty repair it will cost you a lot more than the cost of the product in the end

My tirade is purely based on principle.   I'm just trying  to stick up for the guy that always stuck up for me.   As mentioned before I would have sold and moved on if it were mine.

To Forte distribution: if you want to make this right please reach out,  getting no where with Eversolo.    As their new distributor  you should be embarrassed by how they handled this.  This has been going on since 6/24
