The initial comments by @ghdprentice were right on. Dedicated 20 amp breaker with 10 guage romex supply line, better dedicated outlet, plug your amplifier directly into the outlet (unless you are at serious risk of lightning damage that you are not insured against or can’t afford to replace), and the best power conditioner you can afford to supply all other components. I think these would be the most important next steps - but sum up to considerable more expense and effort than just swapping power cables.
ghprentice swears by Transparent cables. I think there are many choices to consider. The Anticables power cord you mentioned would be a good place to start your experimentation. I have not tried it but it is well-reviewed and I am using some of their top end interconnects to excellent effect in my main system. I am a big fan of Shunyata conditioners and power cables, but the real magic starts with at least their Alpha range of cables which are pricy.
