I have been a Mac loyalist for nearly 50 years. (See my virtual system). The gear shown was purchased in 2009. It's been flawless and I have loved every minute of time spent listening to it. 10 days ago I tried to contact tech support via the website contact page. I was looking for advice on how to best connect my MX122 AV processor with an MHA200 headphone amp that I had just ordered. (More on that in a separate post). No response at all. A complete black hole. Bummer.

@jfrost27 sorry to hear that-I hope its just a one time glitch. I'm not a Mac guy, but would hate to see such a venerable American brand slip. I would guess Bose wanted this deal in order to expand its share of the auto market. I doubt it cares much about the relatively tiny high end audio market. That could if Bose management leavesMac and SF alone to do its own thing or bad if they decide to start stripping out cost by reducing things like customer service. |
