Triangle Magellan Duetto 40th Anniversary

I've read such great things about these speakers, and I'm wondering if any members have owned or do own them, or have had other opportunities to hear them, and what their opinions are.

No. I couldn't come to a price that was acceptable with the dealer. They were a demo pair, and he only wanted to give me a 1k discount. Knowing the mark-up on speakers, I thought that he should have taken of another 1k and he still would have been ok. It was amicable though. I didn't argue with him at all, I just didn't me are the trip. I do wish that I could have heard them though. I really feel they would have fit my brief.
