Audio Grade Ethernet Cable

I haven't used internet provided modems or routers for many years. Providers servers not more than 30 miles from me so ping times very fast, also have 1gig service so fast download, upload speeds, finally gaming router for low latency. 

I did purchase a nice audiophile switch a couple years ago, sound quality diminished with this addition, overly precise image outlines, sound stage lacking in  spaciousness. In my setup switch adds two needless LAN cables, and of course the switch itself. I'm not alone here, see much variability reported with these switches. Same goes with all the various filters out there. 

We've long heard the same argument used in regard to AC and the last few feet.  

I concluded the Aurender N200 streamer must be better than the Byston because streaming sounds as good as internal played files on Aurender.  

@ghdprentice The fact that I have a free standing DAC negates any possibility that I’ll buy an Aurender 200. 

The Aurender N200, N250, N20... etc are streamers only... no DAC. This their primary business although they do make some combined Streamer / DACs. Their Conductor app, used for controlling them is very well regarded as well.
