DIY Helix Geometry Cabling

Apologies for the delay, but it’s been very difficult to find a FREE platform to host the Helix DIY AIR Cable content that works with minimal hassle.

The cost of running the original web site was getting expensive, so I had to pull the plug on it

The new content detailed below consists of a series of PDF files that are derived from the web site content.

  • It takes a little time to load the PDF files - My apologies - but it is FREE smiley
  • HyperLinks within the test will not work - my apologies - but it is FREE smiley
  • You will see other files in the GitHub interface that were also derived from the Web Site, but they are not formatted correctly - my apologies - but it is FREEsmiley
  • Please use the files below - they will serve as the new pont of reference going forward yes

Please feel free to copy the PDF files for your own use or distribute to others - OR - you can just access the content from the links below.

you use use a twisted pair for the signal or just one wire?

@total111 , i use a twisted pair of wires for the signal and a larger gauge for the neutral e.g.

  • 2 x 17 gauge solid wire for the signal = 14 gauge
  • 1 x 12 gauge solid wire for the neutral OR
  • 1 x 10 gauge stranded wire for the neutral

ok, I could use something like this to attach/glue the wires with constant spacing of 0.4"

@total111 The Links are to Solid Core PC Triple C.

The red sheath is 0.9mm and the black sheath Reference II is the 1.1mm.

For buying Solid Core, there only seems to be the option the buy a Branded Item.

Stranded PC Triple C Wire has been known to be sourced without a Brand Name attached to the sale item.

@total111 , paper is better from a dielectric perspective.

But that  tape should be OK
