I don't know the specific legislation, but I don't see how recording music you don't own would be legal. I see apps that will record streams, but I doubt these apps can be loaded on any music dedicated streamer, using a general service computer as streamer means the apps could be loaded. As for the ability for the streaming service to detect the recording app, I don't know. Anyone with experience here? Can't imagine the major streaming apps like Tidal, Qobuz, Spotify,etc allowing this.
transferring music to SSD
Hello Forum,
I currently have Tidal running on my ever solo A6 streamer. My question is: how can I transfer several of my playlists to my SSD in the Streamer? I plan on getting the HiFi Rose 130 Streamer and I will move the SSD card to that Streamer. I may or may not use Tidal.
