PSVANE - Let’s Talk All Things about Vacuum Tubes

Hello everyone, I'm Melody from PSVANE. I'm delighted to be here and chat with you all again. As a company specializing in audio components, we've typically spent most of our time working directly with the brands that use our products. It's been a rare pleasure to have such close, direct interactions with you, our community. In previous exchanges, I found the conversations to be both enjoyable and insightful, and I’ve learned a lot from you all. Thank you for your continued interest and support.

The purpose of this post isn't to sell anything, but rather to create a space where we can have an open and relaxed conversation about anything related to vacuum tubes. The discussion isn't limited to just PSVANE products—whether you have questions about technology, specific products, sound quality, or anything else related to vacuum tubes, feel free to leave a comment below. Our engineers and I are here to chat with you and provide answers.

Looking forward to our discussion!

@audiosaurusrex

For audio vacuum tubes, the hierarchy of our product line is as follows:
Basic:HIFI、UK
Selected:HORIZON、ART
Premium:WE、ACME

The HORIZON Series is our latest line, featuring a more neutral sound compared to the Art Series and incorporating the latest technologies, such as HPC coating.
The WE Series pays homage to the classic Western Electric sound.
The ACME Series is our true flagship, offering a neutral and well-rounded sound profile.

Currently, the Horizon Series and ACME Series are the only lines sold directly by us on Amazon.
All other series are sold by other distributors.

The official warranty policy is consistent, offering a 12-month free replacement.

What no pics?

I have a question.

How do you pronounce Psvane?

Thx in advance....

@tksteingraber

Hello!

The Treasure Z series tubes you mentioned are likely from Shuguang. As a brand representative, I would first like to acknowledge that Shuguang's products are indeed excellent.

In my opinion, the main difference between the Horizon and Treasure Z series lies in their sound characteristics.

HORIZON offers a clearer and more powerful sound, while I personally feel that Treasure Z has a sound profile that leans more towards our ART series, which is warmer and more expansive.

@markusthenaimnut

Thank you for your thoughtful questions. I believe you’ve raised some excellent points, and many of them are things we’ve been intending to clarify and explain:

    1.    Are non-conforming tubes destroyed at the factory?
Yes, all non-conforming products are destroyed, whether at the factory or within our authorized dealer network.
    2.    Are some sellers authorized and others not?
Yes, some sellers are authorized, while others are not. We are actively working to resolve this issue. This is why we’ve opened an official store on Amazon (though currently only the HORIZON and ACME series are available), and we will be launching our official sales website later this year. If customers prefer, they can purchase directly from us.
    3.    Are only some sellers trusted to sell the best-quality tubes?
No, we provide the same products and after-sales policies to all dealers.
    4.    What warranty is provided to purchasers of Psvane tubes?
We offer a one-year warranty for all our products, and we require all dealers to follow our warranty policy. It’s important to note that dealers won’t bear any additional costs for this warranty, as we provide free replacements for any returned defective products. Therefore, there’s no financial burden on dealers when implementing our after-sales policies.
    5.    Is the warranty provided by the seller or by Psvane?
For purchases made through Amazon or our official website, the warranty is provided directly by us. For purchases through dealers, as mentioned above, we offer warranty support to the dealers, and they, in turn, provide warranty services to the end customers.
    6.    Are there differences in specifications between the various Psvane tube families?
You will be able to find all product specifications on our new website, which will be launched in about a month.

I hope this answers all your questions clearly. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further clarification.
