I don't typically follow audiophile power cable prices as they may (or may not) relate to political affiliation. Maybe it could have something to do with supply and demand. I do follow the prices of EV's and know that Tesla's were a few thousand more pre 2020.

Ali Express has some cables at pretty good prices. Granted you do not know what they are made of, even if they say OFC on them. They also sell some nice connectors. 

Best deals are used cables. Most are in like new condition.
