VPI Prime vs Scout

My dealer is telling me he likes the sound of the VPI Scout over the Prime.

Anyone have an opinion on that? It’s certainly more affordable.

‘I already have a Clearaudio Virtuoso cartridge and a CJ phono preamp.

The bigger heavier platter and all the upgrades on the arm made for a more livelier sound and very quiet table and blacker backgrounds. I am happy I made the upgrade.
