Hi Brian, do you have others from Merge Records? I got one recently, the surface noise is atrocious. I’m wondering about the quality. Hopefully mine’s an anomaly.

Hey Bill, that one is pretty quiet, but I have another that is a bit noisy. So, perhaps ‘hit and miss’ for them.

A great record that I have always felt was under appreciated. Lo and behold, it got the repressed by Craft this year. My OG sounds amazing so not likely to toss $40 down for the remaster, but glad it is out there.

@j_husker It might be worth it.  I just got it yesterday and it sounds very good at 45.   I don’t have the original though, just digital.
