Truly Balanced Cheaper Preamplifiers?

I recently came into possession of a truly balanced stereo amplifier. In order to get the best out of it, naturally I need to run fully balanced. New or used, tube or SS, preferably at the lower end of the $$$, can you give me examples of truly balanced preamplifiers?

You mean like the Benchmark?  (Any number of threads on similar topics recently.)

First, start by defining your idea of "cheaper"--not everyone understands this the same way...

Probably allows him to connect to his power amplifier vs not connect. Schiit has the fully balanced Modius and Jotunheim for 200 and 400 us $, headphone amps with preout balanced.
