So my 2 favorite debut album are as follows

1.Steely Dan Can’t by a Thrill
2. 3rd Eye Blind 1997 release

Then I saw them in concert at either the Greek or the Hollywood Bowl. They were wonderful. Loose and virtuosic. They got still better when Neil Young came on stage as "special guest." In any case, I continued to try and like the album but I never could quite accept it. Wound up selling it.
