Has anyone tried these stunning new CPT power cord?

Well, folks should maintain accurate records and correspondence from CPT about their transactions. That includes taking screenshots of relevant CPT posts from this thread and any related CPT threads (recall there is one in the Misc. Audio directory). Do so before those posts become mysteriously removed. I also posted the Colorado State Attorney General’s website info on this thread.

Updating here…

Core Power Tech LLC will Close it’s deal with the buyers as early as Monday. We had some work that we needed to do on our side and that work has been completed – therefore we will now Close.

I’m been given the OK to post this message from the Buyers –

“Core Power Tech will be managed by RF Circuits of Newbury Park CA for a group of investors who chose to remain anonymous at this time”…

I can personally add that I have known these folks for a long time and I am really pleased and excited. Kemper Holt will be the man out in front (given a final agreement re remuneration) and I believe strongly that he will do a great job. The new group of owners is dedicated and committed to building the Core Power Brand.

Refunds and promised shipments will be first up. Nothing will stand in the way of processing these important items.

Lynn and I are no longer involved other than contributing product ideas. I have a new job outside of this industry, but I do plan on opening a review site for audio this year with a decidedly cool and unique approach. If you are interested on hearing more about this feel free to e-mail me [email protected]. More when appropriate.

Much more to add – but for now I wish to simply apologize once again.

This is another coy to buy time.Mark as long as you keep on fooling yourself about a buyer that is secret, you will never amount to a humanoid.Are you selling a sensitive nuclear company that you keep on coming to this forum to tell us about a never ending buyer. CPT is not worth that much that we have not been told the name of the buyer. The only legitimate buyer you ever had was Dan and I will repeat it that your greed drove the buying to the ground.Who in this world is going to touch anything you have touched. You are not in the class of Class A designers. Nobody and I sincerely mean nobody is going to be breaking his/her neck to acquire your company. CPT has a very big debt. Tell us the truth and disappear.Another thing is this: who in his right mind is going to give you a job ?The only way you can prove me wrong is to come out in the public and tell us the name of the buyer(s). Only then will I take back all that I have written and have not written about you. I cannot understand how you sleep peacefully at night.
