MoFi Turntables

I've had the UltraDeck +M for several months now. I like it a lot. Lots of detail, dead quiet.

MD owns the MoFi brand, so don't feel the least bit guilty about taking advantage of their trial period.

I also like the fly before you buy approach, which many dealers besides MD offer, although I am a customer and reserved fan of MD
are you competent on setup, which IMO way more determinant of sound quality than decks in this general price range....as they are all pretty good...

I'm having a difficult time making a decision.... I'm considering the Ultradeck package with the cartridge. Not that I ever would.... but, are these tables' arms upgradable?
BUT.... that puts me near the VPI tables price range... arrrgh!

Robert is the turntable setup guru a quick call for his opinion might be worth the long distance nickel....
They are open Tuesday for reference they carry Rega, Music Hall, VPI, MoFi, Musical Surroundings Clearaudio, Dr Feikart and Brinkman...in essence a bunch of analog nuts...
no dog in fight, my instinct would be VPI unless you value the hinged dustcover, which many many do
