Vintage repair New Orleans area?

Any feedback on a tech in the New Orleans La. area to recap and clean an older Pioneer receiver? My friend doesn't want to ship, so right in N.O. would be best. Thanks for any help.

I talked to Westbank and they are passionate about restoring vintage gear. Both come very highly recommended. Both can work on any era of electronics.
