If you are running multiple sources for it and want a stand alone unit, you will be looking at the DVDO line or products. If you are just running DVD, then use a computer, as there is nothing available that will beat it for anywhere near the price. You can build a fully functional HTPC for about $800, although it won't be as user friendly as a stand alone DVD/scaler.
