PS Audio P500 and the ExactPower EP15A

Hi,

I'm considering purchasing one or the other. They operate using different design strategies, but both appear to be better than passive power conditioning. Is anyone out there familiar with (the sound of) each of them? If so, could you articulate which is your preferred device?

Thanks,
Aaron

Thanks for your responses. It sounds like the ExactPower unit might be the way to go.

Thanks,
EXACT POWER ALLOWS YOU TO HOOK UP AMPS FOR POWER CONDITIONING, WHILE TO PS AUDIO ALLOWS YOU ONLY TO CONDTION SOURCE COMPONENTS.
THE PS AUDIO RUNS HOT WHILE THE EP15A DOES NOT.
AFTER MUCH INVESTIGATION, I NARROWD CHOICES TO THE HYDRA 8,
AUDIO MAGIC,& THE EP15A.
THE SHUNYATA SOFTENED THE PRESENTATION, SO I ENDED PURCHASING THE EP15A.
THE AUDIO MAGIC IS ALSO A WORTHY CONTENDER, BUT THE CORRECTED SINE WAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE TO THE AMPS.

CORDIALLY,
DAVE
P.S, THERE IS A BREAK IN PERIOD FOR THE EP15A, SEEMS TO TAKE ABOUT 4 DAYS
I considered the very same. I asked Robert Stein of the Cable Company, who sells both and has tried both. He told me if I lived in an area with extraordinary pollution, I should go for the Exact Power, if in a more rural area, for the PS Audio. As I live in Moscow, I bought the EP 15A, and was amazed by the ffect. I later added the SP15A Balanced Power product, which gave another third in improvement.
