LP Gear (Nevada) Customer Service?

I bought my ART 9 from them. No issues whatsoever.

would agree, have bought several carts from them, all with very good service and prompt delivery.....

I've purchased a couple of cartridges, a stylus, and an SUT from LP Gear over a three year period of time. Never any problems other than the fact that they sometimes take some time to reply to e-mail questions, but not always which is understandable from a small (one man?) operation. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with LP Gear again.
