LOOKING FOR CJMV50 SAME TYPE OF SOUND AMP, HELP

Hi
I have a Conrad Johnson MV50 as you can see in my last thread and I would like to replace it. But I would like to have that same type of sound, better but in the same line of tube sound that the Mv50 delivers. Sweet, airy, round, great soundstage.
Please help me to decide or give some options. My budget is around 1500-2000$.

Just in case helps you to give me some advice my set up is

CJ MV50
Sonic Frontiers SFL1(upgraded by partsconextion)
ROTEL RCD991E (as a transport)
Cal Alpha DAC (not the 24/96)
Tyler Reference Monitors
Pikes Peak speaker cable AQ dbc cable
Jaguar AQ dbc IC
Z squared IC
Black Mountain Cable digital IC
ASC tube traps
Vibrapods and Vibacones
Cable elevators
Power Cord Vh Audio

Thanks a lot

if you're looking for more power, the SF P2 could work for you. It's in your price point and while it may not be as polite as the CV50, you can change things my using 6550s or KT88. When I had mine, I preferred the KT88s. It will also marry well with your SFL1
I second the premiere 11a rec, I used to own one and it's an excellent amp. Robustly built with nice, warm, rich tube sound, married to excellent frequency extension. As the Brits say, a nice all 'rounder.

If you like the cj sound then I would suggest you stay with cj. At your price point and assuming you wish to stay with tubes I would suggest a used premier 11a or maybe an MV-60.
