Is Gold Aero still in business?

I've been doing a search online for Gold Aero but I can't seem to find anything to indicate that they are.

Can someone shed some light on their current status?

They used to be a very well regarded tube supplier.

I always thought they were a marketing firm rather then a manufacture; that is they commissioned tube companies to make tubes to their specifications. But it has been a long time and this may be incorrect.
