Graphene sheets for DIY?

I’m asking anyone who knows if it’s possible to buy a sheet of graphene and cut it to size to fit around a fuse and get some, if not most, of the benefits of a SR Black fuse. I read something over at audio circle where someone is selling small sheets of the stuff to wrap around fuses but I can’t find the original thread.

All the best,

Wouldn’t that negate the safety properties of the fuse filament itself by offering a highly conductive path around it?

Probably. (doh!)
The thought of saving some money always trounces reason. :-)

You can always sandwich the graphene in any insulating material since, I believe, graphene works by proximity, not by contact.

Should be worth a try, if you can source the stuff.
I can get it from graphene-supermarket.com (the link won't take) for $125 for a 4"x8" sheet but figuring out the rest is above my pay grade. :-)
