I have had limited experience with an EAD T-7000. My normal transport is a CEC TL-2, and I had the T-7000 hooked up as a transport only for a short period of time for testing. In this case I was using the ST-Optical connection to my DAC, an Audio Logic. Bottom line: I was very suprised...while I only listened to the EAD for a short period of time, I found it to be very good.
