Blowing Fuses

I got a Liang Audio 845 amp that's keep blowing fuses. What can I do? Can anyone suggest a repair place in the San Francisco bay area?

Since you already have, try taking the fuse (s)( that are being blown) out and putting it back in, then start the amp. It worked for me. Preamp on first then amp on. Amp off first then preamp off. Hope this helps, or get the new tubes tested for a short.
