An idea for threads discussing controversial topics e.g. tweaks.

It would be nice to be able to read those threads and learn about ACTUAL LISTENING experience of people with whatever is being discussed while being able to skip the posts with ridicule or theories of why it can’t work. One idea, at the top of your post type:

"MY LISTENING EXPERIENCE" (then hit shift return to skip a line) then followed by whatever you wish to post.

Anyone can start any post this way, but any post that starts with "MY LISTENING EXPERIENCE" that does non contain actual listening experience is by definition not simply someone trying to be helpful..

One could also title posts "THEORY" for discussions of why/how such things work, for those who are interested. Skeptics/naysayers can legitimately post here.

I for one like getting the good with the bad as it helps me gain perspective of the product being duscussed, after you get the players involved identified it adds even more substance to their given comments. Enjoy the music.

I think joining the Insider group would be a good way to help keep the thread on topic. That way you can keep responses limited to the Insider group.

Along time ago I suggested that all the vitriolic naysayers just go and start their own thread about those that do believe in some of the ways to better ones system. Twice, actually. That way, they could laugh it up and slap each other on the back and have a good old time ridiculing others.

Well, they finally did and after about 2 pages worth of tripe and bile, it died of it's own accord from lack of interest and nothing more to say.

***(snark warning)***

They need us. We give them purpose in an otherwise meaningless life, having been abandoned by family and friends, only to find refuge and solace here, deriding others who they see as a captive audience.

All the best,
Nonoise
