Were there two versions of the Nad 304?
Thanks to all that have responded. My guess is that my amp is a Euro version based on the power cord I described. And the beat goes on : )
Advice on Arcam
I'm leaning towards the older Arcam because it's pretty affordable but not knowing the outcome makes me a little worried. What the heck I brought the 304 without hearing it. Stay tuned

Thanks TIC, Your advice and info are appreciated. Both the Nad and Alpha are dated pieces I know but the Nad sounds very good thus far. The quest continues---

Thanks Bgrazman, I'll give that toe in advice a try. I wish I could go with the long wall but alas the cable outlet is on the short wall and that's where all the av gear will be.

Update: I towed the Epos in some and it helped alot but---. I think I may have them too far apart. I'm looking for a little more depth but patience and my better half as extra ears I'll get this stage swinging :)

Sand and shot?
Once again I thank you for your knowledge and advice. I called a gun shop to inquire about the shot and was told Walmart has this. Maybe I can get the blu tac at the same time. I'm on my wayyyy :)
Sand and shot?
I have not completed building the stands so I may reconsider adding the shot. I'm also in need of some blu tack for the top plates. The stands come with foam pads but I rather use the blu tack. Anybody have a wad they would like to sell? Also what...
Sand and shot?
