well said @big_greg  agree 100% to all your stated observations on big harbeths, and klipsches too (my ears still have ptsd from loudly played klipsches from a decade ago hahaha)

agree w @sns usb connections for music is given a (rightfully) bad name by users with regular computers sending the signal - much can be done to solve those problems, and there are now ample well made network bridges and streamers on the market ...

op if you are liking the speakers and will go with the lrs+ for long term use, you would be well advised to get a better suited amplifier... i would’ve thought the m33, an upper-level effort from nad, would be able to handle them despite the clas...

maggies would draw more current than the kef's... perhaps your m33 has a bad output module (or at least a bad warning circuit sensor...)
