Emotiva?

Who has heard of this stuff....who has listened to this stuff....who has an opinion on this stuff??

I installed an MMC1 and MPS2 in a theater recently and they work extremely well with the Triad Gold LCR speakers.
I'd like to hear their new XPA-2 two channel amp, impressive specs and build. I could only find suggestions to buy their products, hardly any first hand user reviews. (except at the Emotiva forum).

to clarify what duffye said (if this isn't the case duff i apologize) emotiva along with a bunch of other companies have gotten somewhat burned by waiting for delivery of a new microprocessor chip from cirrus, a chip that was supposed to be available a LONNGGG time ago. other manufacturers that have been planning to build a new A/V processor around this chip have also been put on hold or the manufacturers have gone to another chip (like outlaw for instance). according to emotiva the new chip will be amazing and will be worth the wait. anyone that care to can go to emotiva's forum to see that they really are great at customer support and make a great product for the $$.
I own an Emotiva XPA-3 amp. It's presently powering my Polk RTIA7s and center polk CSIA4 in a 7.1 system. I couldn't be happier. Well made gear at a great price.
i started this crazy hobby with emotiva gear - a 7 channel amp (LPA-1) and the very affordable pre/pro LMC-1. Not knowing anything different or better, I thought it sounded great, loads better then the onkyo receiver i had going. Fast forward 2 years to present, now am head over heels in audio. I sold off the emo gear since I pretty much made the switch to 2 channel, my opinion is its better for home theater. But at HT, it positively rocks. Units are well built, unbelievably affordable, and top notch customer service. If I was to build an HT from scratch, I'd fuel it with Emo.

Noticed they've really expanded, now offer cables??! it's a good sign, shows the company is progressing and serious about their goals, and that they have enough support to be able to.
