New Rick Beato interview today...

Definitely some clowns on here. I remember Steve G in a video of his, stating he did not like Clapton. To not like an accomplished musician/songwriter, even if you do not care for them. The "dislike" is something I will never understand. You either are a music lover, or you're not.

Let me get this straight: if my musical tastes don’t mimic yours, then I’m disqualified ftom calling myself a music lover?  Are you serious? 

I don’t find B. Joel’s music particularly appealing but I do recognize and respect his talent and craft. I genuinely enjoyed the interview, having played music for many years and possesing sufficient understanding of music theory to grasp what was being discussed. I watch Beato’s interviews because I’m interested in music and musicianship, not because I’m a particular fan of every interviewee.

I enjoyed the interview. Been a BJ fan since I saw the unknown Billy Joel playing what would become his first album, Piano Man.
