Okay…big breath. I have had amp crashing issues lately. So I relentlessly pursued this with AI. While it has stumbled along the way, and the path was long and circuitous, it has delivered me all the answers I need on a very complex topic. Copy and paste the entire previous post into a browser and you are good to go. WARNING. It is very long over days. But I am posting it as it fully illustrates AI abilities and limitations in the sometimes very complicated world of audio. All of that is on full display here.

BTW, AI gave me the answers that Bryston tech support could not.

The initial post mess aside, I’ve used AI to figure out a number of complicated issues that are waaay outside of my field and beyond my expertise. It has solved every one with a good solution and an equally good explanation of why it works along the way.  I’d imagine, at some not too distant point, AI will become much like the telephone in the 40s & 50s..sort of a stock household item.  It’ll be a standard way of managing an increasingly specialized world.

OP..Agon has a chain-link type icon just to the right of the smiley face where you can enter the really long links and rename it with a short term like "how I fixed my Bryston audio issue:"

I tried the link and it appears only a small snip of the conversation appears.
