Isopropyl as above works well.
i had ordered a big bottle of a commercial CD cleaner from Audio Advisor several years ago. The label, which contained the product name and ingredients, came off a long time ago but I still use the product-a small spray is adequate. I’ve also used the cleaning spray that eye shops sell for glasses.
What you want to avoid is some kind of soap like hand soap or dishwashing soap, as they will leave a residue on the disc. This residue can be removed but it’s time consuming
