Foreign Tongues - New Rolling Stone Album (vinyl)

I'm a Stones fan and haven't received my LP copy yet. The Qobuz version does have that flat, compressed sound that's so common today, but I still find it fun. Though I've never turned to the Stones for demo quality material, they have a few albums with especially good sound. The MFSL version of Sticky Fingers is quite good and Some Girls is another of their better sounding albums. I have Japanese pressings of Goats Head Soup and It's Only Rock & Roll - they're pretty good fidelity also.

I ordered mine in May & they arrived yesterday. 1 Marvel’s Spiderman &1 black. I’m yet to spin the black, but have been streaming from Qubuz via the Sence app. The Marvel will never be opened.....

New album kinda meh so far. Pretty good for a bunch of 80+ year olds though. I can only hope to still have it at their age.  Recording is a waste of high res streaming for sure.  Would be much better if not so washed out and dynamically limited.
