REVERB LOSES PACKAGE AND WON"T PAY LOSS

Carpathian:   Your problem is you think you know whats going on but you really don't..........I'll try and touch on it for you.....When you buy something on Reverb. you pay Reverb, not the seller, Reverb pays the seller, then Reverb prints the shipping label and the seller prints the label , puts it on the box and ships it.....Reverb has a agreement with Pay-pal so I can't file a "loss claim" with the seller because Reverbs name is on the shipping label.......So I can't go after the shipper because his name isn't on anything.........It's set up that way so , me as a buyer can't go after anybody but Reverb and they won't answer anything.......And the real seller does not accept complains..........Do you understand  ??   Because you think you know everything but you seem to know very little..........If you every bought anything on the inter-net you would know something..........

Ozzy:   You hit the nail on the head, greed took over when I though I was getting a bargain......And if I hadn't acted I wouldn't be trying to get my money back.......We have all been there......

I have spent most of the day emailing a computer generated person which have gone over the same thing over 30 times.....Reverb will do nothing at all, you will never get to talk with a true person and you will never reach a solution.............And of course you will never get any payment.......So if you buy on Reverb it will be like the other people you will have no protection or communication what so ever.....And if you have a non delivery you will lose the whole thing and after a while you will just give up....I now have half of a Audio Research SP-15 , two piece pre-amp , but I only have the power supply............Somebody else has the pre-amp part....

Well I have been talking with the reverb computer for another two hours, and i can tell you there is no way they will ever pay me or communicate with a live person............They go over the same thing over and over and over........They are not set up to ever refund money...........THEY ARE PURE CROOKS........And they don't care if we live or die..........I can't get the sellers name or address to file some papers with.............But I'll work on that tomorrow.....I can't even return the one piece and get a refund, because Reverb says the seller doesn't accept returns.......Everybody is passing the buck.......And they don't care what you say or do....
