Qobuz still messed up

Takes forever to load upon start up and then stops, long pause, and then next song in playlist starts, or rather stutters, stops and the process is repeated. Pretty sure it's Qobuz and not Roon since it happens with both Roon and MConnect. Pity.

@macg19

Thank you. I will try to remember to further interrupt my listening session and take the time to submit a request to Qobuz. If I can. I tried following the instructions from @marcin_gps (is he a Qobuz entity?), but when I click on the gear, which I presume is settings, there is no option to access  a "Logs" screen.

And to add insult to injury, I just found out that I have to choose my streamer every time I log in rather than having it as the default connection. PITA.

I reiterate they need better code. Not user friendly but instead user frustrating.

I would love to stay with them, especially since I have a subscription until 1/27. And how did you get $10/mo?  Mine is $15.

@audphile1 right?  unless somehow RAAT is doing more than just taking the data in re-clocking it and replicating it out?  I never heard anyone say that RAAT corrected the data stream substantively and where would it get the correct data from?  Makes no sense to me, but I really don’t have the technical chops to understand what RAAT does.

@tcutter Marcin is the founder of JPlay. No role with Qobuz.  The instructions he gave me about sending them the logs is exclusively for JPlay.  JPlay is a UPnP player. It does not “touch” the data; it just manages the end point renderers. (And JPlay remembers which streamer you used last and defaults to connecting to that one; you only have to select a streamer if you want to use a different one from the one you used the last time you used JPlay.)

And @audphile1 , and @marcin_gps ,  i am happy to report that that Haydn track now plays through on JPLAY & BlueSound/BluOS.  So some combination of the log outs and log ins and cash clearing and app updating and/or something Qobuz did has given me an uncorrupted file at last.

(I still haven’t gone back to the Miles/Sonny album to see if all of those tracks play through for now.  Maybe I’ll do that right now.)
