Is anyone still using a CD Player

CDs are my main mode of listening and my rig consists of a Jay’s Audio CDT2 MK3 top loading transport and a Denafrips Pontus II DAC. I have somewhere between 2.5 - 3K CDs and SACDs. I don’t do vinyl and only occasionally stream to explore new music or when enjoying music outdoors on the patio

I still listen to CDs all the time. I have a CEC-TL5 feeding an Mhdt Orchid. I play vinyl as well. I don't do any streaming. I have zero interest there. My living room, I mean, Listening Room, is a screen free zone. Like others, I like the intention of picking something and listening to that thing. I have 3000-ish, perhaps 4000 CDs.  Between vinyl and CDs I have enough to last me even if I didn't continue to buy.

I have vinyl and CD's and am a CD/SACD user.  No streaming since it is inferior in sound quality.
