Rough Trade Records - Beware Before Ordering

Has anyone dealt with this store before? They are based in the UK and I have yet to receive any items I ordered including a record and some merch. I have waited 6-8 weeks and more for items which were never delivered. I would periodically get a message from the company stating that my order was being prepared for delivery and that was it.  So, I just cancelled my order and will receive a refund less 8% because the cancelation was beyond the 2-week cancelation period.

I’m a past customer. Don’t remember, but most likely the NY store. Don’t remember any issues.

If you're in the US and you the product hasn't shipped within 30 days, you can cancel and owe nothing. (Of course, custom orders and a few other exceptions can apply.) FTC rules. Dispute any fee with your CC.

I recently paid for and ordered an album from a UK online store and it was never shipped, no response to any questions. Not fun.
